With most skills from skill line called "Manipulator" max civ value is 3 per 1 civilian. If they are not an "employee" or a "guard" then they will have their value at 2 per 1 civilian.

Well. I'm not sure what you mean by that but normally. You can capture those blue cops or first responder as many as you like since they function the same as a guard, though only if you have a skill called "Menacing" then you can dominate them.

Because that's what I love to add to UA-cam. It's both a history of the game and shows that how far we have each update. While people don't like the game. I do love its core mechanic of loud gameplay that's close to PD:TH than PD2. Same as a normal story that PD2 supposed to have instead of some aliens thingy things. In short. I love making a clip just to show people about the game in one way or another. Nothing much.

Hi. We have already done most of "Combat" challenges (403/408 those 5 left I won't do them since they're too grindy) Currently we are at Infamy Level 120+/150, and when you are on this level. You should go for doing "Heist" Challenges by either winning the game on Loud or Stealth, so it's a good idea to keep doing on Overkill difficulty as you will have other lower difficulty challenges done as well. Though truth to be told. We play the game for fun rather than focusing on leveling our "Infamy Level" up as it's an awful leveling up system and too forceful to a player. It's something dev will have to change or adjust in the future.

Oh one more thing. From what dev said. If you manage to do some heists on stealth before going loud. The longer you manage to do on stealth, the higher weapon level bonus you will get but it's not confirmed. It's also better to not going loud at the first time as you have super limited resources, but I understand you. If you have to farm for Combat challenges then it's one way to do it. Yes.

@@PJzuzaSasa u know about gun level system,u just need to do the hiest and enjoy it;u feel to do it on stealth,its ok or u feel to do it loud in this form its again ok,but the serious problem is the infamy level,becuse if u dont get a good infamy level u can complete hiest on overkill and it's will make a big disappointment for player.

Only on loud gameplay. You can use on your BEAST drill.

About that... the CPU is correct but the gpu is not. It is A2000 RTX (equal to RTX3050Ti). My main GPU (RX6700xt) is currently on RMA. I don't bother changing it, so sorry if caused quite a confusion.
